Both entities cooperate to distribute Kolibri inflatable boats and accessories in the EU and Ukraine.

This agreement defines the rules for using the online store, placing orders, payment methods, delivery, returns, and data protection.

2. Definitions

Seller:

  • REFIMEX Sp. z o.o. for EU customers.

  • FOP Volodymyr Lishchuk for Ukrainian or international customers.

Customer: Any natural or legal person making a purchase through the website.
Shop: The online store at https://schlauchboot-kolibri.de.
Agreement: This document in its current version.

3. Use of the Shop

  • Placing an order requires acceptance of these terms.

  • The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if data is incorrect or payment is not received.

  • Products are intended for both private and commercial use.

4. Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website.

  • Orders are processed on business days.

  • Upon order confirmation, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.

  • The seller reserves the right to extend delivery times in case of force majeure.

5. Payments

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–14 business days depending on availability.

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  • International deliveries may take longer.

7. Complaints and Returns

  • Customer rights are governed by applicable EU or Ukrainian consumer protection laws.

  • Right of withdrawal: 14 days from the date of delivery (for EU consumers).

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
