Terms and conditions for the return of goods in the Kolibri online store.

1 Return Terms:

The buyer may return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
In the case of ordering goods for custom models or services, the return period may be governed by additional agreements.
2 Condition of goods:

The goods must be in original packaging and saleable condition.
Sealed goods must retain their original packaging.
3. return costs:

The cost of returning the goods shall normally be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the seller.
If the goods have been damaged or do not meet the given specifications, the seller may refund the return costs.
4 Return procedure:

The buyer must notify the seller of his intention to return the goods in writing (via email, chat, etc.).
The seller will provide return instructions and may offer a shipping address.
5 Returns:

Refunds will be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the returned goods.
In most cases, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6 Exclusions:

The Ukrainian company KOLIBRI is a renowned manufacturer of inflatable boats made from PVC material. KOLIBRI includes its own design bureau and a modern shipyard with an annual production capacity of over 40,000 boats. KOLIBRI is the only small boat manufacturer in Ukraine that produces almost all fittings, accessories, and additional equipment for its boats in-house.

The KOLIBRI brand offers boats and equipment for fishing, hunting, and water recreation. KOLIBRI inflatable boats are well-known not only in Ukraine but also in many countries around the world.

Range of KOLIBRI Boats

The range of KOLIBRI inflatable boats includes more than 40 models. These are rowing boats of the "Super Light", "Standard", and "Profi" series, as well as motorboats of the "Standard", "Light", "Profi", "DSL", and "DXL" series. The product line also includes the "Travel" series canoes and the Belly Boat for fly fishing and angling.

All KOLIBRI boats are made from PVC material with a density of 850 g/m² to 1100 g/m². This material is more durable, wear-resistant, long-lasting, and resistant to UV rays and saltwater than traditional rubber. Rowing boats are the most popular models among fishermen. They feature a simple design and are up to 3 meters long.

KOLIBRI boats are made from PVC fabric in various colors, welded using high-frequency welding machines, and branded with the KOLIBRI logo. All motorboats are equipped with relief valves, bow rollers, and solid transom mounts, and come with several options for flooring.
