Boats of this type successfully combine the performance characteristics of high-speed solid-hull boats with the mobility and maneuverability of inflatable boats. Stability is created thanks to unsinkable inflatable cylinders that counteract roll and trim. The boat can be used as a pleasure or utilitarian vessel - hunting, fishing or as an expeditionary watercraft. The significant power reserve of the outboard motor used with this boat also allows the boat to be used for commercial purposes, such as towing a water skier, a water attraction, or transporting large cargo weighing up to 600-700 kg.
Preparing the boat for navigation can take 20-30 minutes using a standard bellows pump. This time is significantly reduced if the cylinders are inflated using specialized dual-mode compressors. Such compressors are powered from the vehicle’s on-board power supply and the operating condition of the cylinders is ensured in two phases: rapid inflation by a turbine compressor and provision of the required pressure by a piston pump.
RIB-450 Standard is equipped with: two cans (seats) made of waterproof marine plywood, which can be easily moved along the entire length of the boat using an installed rail. The boat cylinder has rounded end caps; at the customer’s request, it is possible to install plastic end caps. The boat deck has a non-slip coating.
